Job Description:
- Responsibilities include outreach, leading peer skill attainment and support groups. Conducts computer labs at the peer recovery center, maintains the community resource file, provides peer coaching, and supports the peer leaders.
- Assists with recruitment of voluntary Recovery Peers and Advocates and provides mentoring and coordination of peer recovery services.
- Maintain contact with representatives of other organizations to exchange and update information on resources and services available.
- Establish a partnership support program that provides financial and other support to recovery organization projects and groups.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or experience equivalency
- Current Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance are required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- RSPS certification preferred
- Must be in recovery
Salary : $27,400 - $34,700
