CASE Supervisor
Case supervisors conduct field visits, provide supervision to assigned cases, review data and monitor client progress, make program modifications as needed under the direction of a clinical manager, and provide parent training and education.
Full-time supervisors are required to work a minimum of 30 hours during the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday. At least 25 of the 30 hours must be billable. Occasional weekend hours may be required.
This position reports directly to the Clinical Director for supervision and provides case clinical supervision to all levels of behavioral therapists.
Education, Experience, and Training - Associate Supervisor
- Enrolled as graduate student in an applied behavior analysis leading to certification of BCBA or in psychology or related field leading to licensure in the State of California, with a minimum of twelve semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.
- Possesses a bachelor of arts or science degree in Psychology, Educatio, or related field and
- supervisors demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, Alternative Communication Systems, PRT, and other ABA strategies
Education, Experience, and Training - Case Supervisor
Required:
- Possesses a Masters’ of arts or science degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field.
- two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services
- enrolled as graduate student in an applied behavior analysis leading to certification of BCBA (Preferred)
- Supervisors demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, Alternative Communication Systems, PRT, and other ABA strategies
Position Duties and Responsibilities

Job Duties
- Under the direction of a Clinical Manager, Provides supervision to assigned cases
- Provides direction to behavior technician on program implementation
- Escalates program concerns to Clinical Manager
- Assists in making program changes in order to maximize client’s progress with approval from the Clinical Manager
- Effectively directs therapists on how to deliver each part of the client’s treatment plan under the direction of the clinical manager
- Provides parent education/training as assigned by the clinical manager
- Develops and writes progress reports under the direction of a clinical manager.
- Maintains electronic databook
- Provides direct intervention as needed
- ensures quality clinical service delivery by meeting all minimum supervisory requirements and parent training hours (requirement vary per funder) under the direction of of the clinical manager
- Responds to family/client issues in a timely manner; escalates to clinical manager
- Responds to staff issues in a timely manner; escalates to clinical manager
- renders clinical time on centralreach at the end of each session, including completing session notes to bhw and health plan standards and collecting parent signature
- Complete administrative duties as required for the job and that are approved by the clinical director
