- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Property Management duties
- Assist CFO with spreadsheets and accounts payable
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
```Skills```
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with accounts payable is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles (QuickBooks)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing clerical tasks
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented mindset
