We’re seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist who will collaborate with experts and implement best practice child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, analyze data, and track client progress for children, our KIDS, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.
This Clinic Based, Entry-Level position offers paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Tech (RBT) and work hands-on with autistic kids with autism by utilizing ABA Therapy.
MISSION: The mission for this role is to seek empathetic and compassionate individuals ready to be a part of a team, helping, supporting, and guiding children diagnosed with autism by building and improving their communication, problem-solving skills, and social interactions through direct individualized one-on-one ABA therapy treatment plans created by our BCBAs.
Duties:
- Follows written skill acquisition and behavior programs with accuracy as written by the BCBA and responds to corrective feedback.
- Ensures the safety and dignity of Clients
- Quickly build rapport and trust with clients by providing high-quality care
- Progression through RBT Ladder
- Accurately measure and record data collection throughout the therapy sessions with Integrity by completing daily progression notes in Central Reach.
- Follow through on training sequence with Lead RBT - gain therapy skills that show competency.

Compensation:
- $18.50 - $22.00
- Up to $3,500 Sign On Bonus
What we are looking for!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A passionate individual who loves working with children 10 and under
- Preferred experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Time management, observation, and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to work on a team
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Reliable transportation is required
