Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Monitor and evaluate progress of individuals receiving behavioral therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and treatment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Provide training and support to caregivers, families, and other professionals

Billable Tier System BCBA/BCaBA:
As a BCBA/BCaBA clinician with Behavioral Strides Therapy we have created a dynamic tier system for analysts to work with Behavioral Strides Therapy in various capacities. You tell us your availability, and we work with you to decide on which of our Salary Tiers works best based on how many cases you want to work with us. You also receive a quarterly bonus incentive in ADDITION to your compensation! For Analysts who are seeking fewer weekly hours, Behavioral Strides Therapy has part-time hourly positions available as well!
Experience
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and techniques
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Proficient in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams
