Job Description:
BehaviorRx is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our Mesa office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist our employees with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Organize and schedule appointments for support office staff
- Assist with planning meetings (weekly and annually as needed)
- Write and distribute email, documents, letters, and forms
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Develop and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Maintain office supplies (stocking and ordering)
- Maintain company-wide contact lists
- Provide general support to Administration
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- A High School Diploma or GED (required), with at least two (2) years of progressively responsible experience or related skills in a support role, customer service role, and/or administrative assistant role; or a combination of experience and education that results in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is required.
Skills/Abilities:
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ambitious, hardworking and team-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to complete required job training as needed
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and stay organized and the ability to work independently
- Must be proficient with using the current Microsoft Office suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
