Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation Options: Choose between a base plus commission structure or commission-only pay.
- Earning Potential: Earn between $60k-75k in your first year, with no cap on your success! Second year earning potential is $95-$110k and upwards.
- Benefits: Enjoy PTO, holiday pay, and training pay.
- Leads: We have a consistent base on walk in traffic, call in leads, and aggressive marketing campaigns to get you started before you develop your own book of repeat and referral clients
What You'll Do:
- Client Consultations: Conduct engaging virtual, showroom, and in-home consultations to specify window coverings, upholstery, accessories, and other furnishings for our discerning clients.
- Design & Communication: Manage client communications, develop design scopes, and navigate the approval process with finesse.
- Project Coordination: Write up detailed paperwork and design specifications for our fabricators and manufacturers, ensuring your vision comes to life with precision.
- Sales & Networking: Utilize leads provided and leverage your networking skills to generate referral accounts and establish a strong presence in the community.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role with a proven track record of driving sales and a genuine love for the process.
- Technology Savvy: High proficiency in CRM, quoting, drawing softwares and other technology, as we are a completely paperless company.
- Design Background: A solid background in interior design or decorating. Experience with upholstery or soft window coverings will put you at the top of the list.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel between Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area
- Ability to Lift: Up to 30 lbs for transporting and managing showroom of sample books
