The successful candidate will work in a cross-disciplinary environment to support the Aerospace/Military industry. The applicant must be able to perform intermediate level tasks on a Windows computer, perform automated and semi-automated machine setups and adjustments, basic machine programming, precision mechanical alignments using digital indicators, structural bonding of components. Other daily tasks include: following detailed process and assembly documentation, reading and interpreting drawings, handling and use of various processing and cleaning chemicals, and the use of specialized equipment. Most of the work involves repetitive assembly under microscope/video microscope and requires fine motor skills, patience and attention to detail.
