THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN ROGERS, ARKANSAS USA or VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS USA.
The Regional Change Agent for Maintenance will be an engaged team member committed to supporting the journey of continuous improvement within assigned sites/facilities. As such, travel will be required. The position will:
  • Create a sustainable platform for continuous improvement
  • Develop maintenance excellence skills, capability and capacityI
  • Involved in design phase, assessment as well as the implementation of best practice processes
Duties will include tasks such as:
1.Support the plants during the transformation to new proposed ways of working.
2.Prepare needed training materials based upon the best practices that should be applied within the plant
3.Train maintenance professionals responsible for the execution of the best practice
4.Coach maintenance professionals when applying the new proposed way of working
5.Deploy new improvements to the maintenance professionals. Support the plants to set-up all needed SAP PM asset data
6.Regular check/audit if plant maintenance professionals apply the correct method according to what they have been trained
7.Support the plant maintenance professionals and be point of regional contact/support after implementation for “how to do” questions and problems signaled by them
8.Once the transformation is finalized support the other plants during transformation/implementation/sustain & improve phase related to the best practices to be implemented
Successful candidates should have a strong, demonstrated background of approprate education and experience to effectively lead continuous improvement maintenance practices.
Desired experience should include SAP PM experience; Strong analytical expertise; Hands on plant experience, Attention to detial; Excellent Communcation skills (written & verbal) as well as the abilty to work well with others.
