SEC Reporting Analyst

The position will initially sit in Jersey City, NJ for a brief time before moving to West Orange, NJ.

- Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, associated workpapers and various other analyses in support of the Financial Reporting function
- Thrive in a position that is deadline-oriented and requires a high level of attention to detail
- Report to the VP of Financial Reporting and Investor Relations with regular interaction with the CFO

Are you ready to
- Actively participate, and at times lead, in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings such as Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including preparation of workpaper support for financial statements, footnotes and MD&A
- Research new and existing accounting guidance to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC rules, including preparation of documentation for appropriate accounting and disclosure of complex business transactions and events
- Compile support for quarterly and annual earnings releases and presentations to investors
- Support various aspects of the external audit, including managing audit requests to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
- Complete SEC/GAAP disclosure checklists
- Review completeness and accuracy of XBRL tagging of SEC documents
