Job Description:
The primary function of our Parts Expeditor is to locate priority orders and move them to their needed locations.
TYPICAL DUTIES
Interface and communicate with operations, production planners, buyers, and other departments regarding material flow.
Work independently and in group settings to execute on key objectives.
Locate, expedite, prep, and move material as needed.
Operate various sized forklifts, dock plates, and other equipment in warehouse environment to sustain flow of materials for the department.
Perform work from specifications, and/or communicated instructions.
Follow established working procedures.
Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.
Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Adheres to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions.
Fosters an environment that promotes Eaton"s goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
Assist receiving dock and production material handling as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $21.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
