Duration: 09 Months Contract (Potential Temp to Perm)
Pay Rate: $25/hr. (Fixed)
Shift Time: 1st Shift
Job Description:
Primary liaison to the end customer and various stakeholders to provide excellent customer service, complete upload templates in Microsoft Excel, upload templates to LMS (Learning Management System) (Workday) and support retention of accurate training records for sites.
Responsibilities:
- Support training objectives of Aerospace Learning Manager, sites and employees as requested.
- Monitor Global and Business Unit required trainings
- Create/Manage and distribute reports to the leadership team.
- Monitor assigned trainings to 100% completion.
- Support implementation of a LMS
- Schedule recurrent training by job title, group, and/or requirement.
- Understand the critical relationships of data managed within the LMS such as the job title to the training and how that translates to the employee and the training experience (on-line, classroom, on-the-job).
- Create/manage employee profiles based on site locations.
- Define how individual components fit together to create the desired outcome. i.e. Reports, ROI
- Assign trainings to employees based on job and site location.
- Assist in site audit process
- Assist sites to determine internal/external site audit calendar
- Create dashboards/reports in LMS.
- Ensure all records are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Record retention
- Manage and record information accurately.
- Input training completion records in LMS.
- Manage records received from each site for auditing purposes.
· Special Projects as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Experience working with a diverse range of people customers.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note)
- Ability to create a range of documentation using Microsoft Office products.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Create pivot tables, charts, graphs
- Complete standard templates in Microsoft Excel and upload to LMS.
- Knowledge and understanding of sorting, filtering, adding, deleting, and modifying records.
- Ability to query, import, export and link data from multiple sources.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express technical concepts to an audience in appropriate terms.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with user information and online courses.
- Understanding of wide variety of browsers to include IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, with basic technical support knowledge.
- Ability to lead and effectively participate in team projects.
- Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and solving problems.
- Able to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
