Job Title: Paint Technician
Pay Rate: $28 / hr on W2.
Location: San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities:
*Online robot programming Sealer, UBC, and Dampening. ("High Viscosity")
* Run trials and adjust parameters.
*Evaluate quality drawings and meet company's standards.
*Online robot Programming Primer, Base and Clear. ("Low Viscosity")
*Offline robot programming.
*Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis.
*Evaluate Quality.
*Utilize Elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite equipment.
*Create Hand Over Documents.
*Create snapshots/templates of the robot/quality processes.
Requirements:
*Associate's or Technical Degree
*1-2 years of relevant years of experience
*Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
*Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word.
*Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
*Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired:
*Bachelor's degree
*Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications.
*Experience with Kawasaki, Fanuc, Yasakawa Robots. (Programming and problem troubleshooting).
*Experience with Digital Engineering Software.
*PLC, Logic and troubleshooting.
*Additional related certifications.
