Job Description:
Level I: 0-3 years.
Provides independent thought, contributes to and designs his/her own experiments. Follows experimental procedures and generate reliable data in a timely manner .
The individual's primary responsibility will be synthetic urethane chemistry leading new developments in polymeric materials for Aerospace Transparencies. The chosen candidate will need experience that will aid them in quickly developing expertise in resins, urethanes, high clarity and uniform optics, impact resistant materials and related manufacturing process implementation. The candidate is expected to be able to utilize their experiences to identify, propose, and execute new experiments to expand CLIENTs Aerospace Transparency capabilities. Person should also demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work well in a team, independently seek solutions, ask questions as needed, and work well across all levels of employees from operators to upper management. Passion for profitable technical innovation and bringing products to market are desirable.
