As a Craft beer sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our company's products to potential customers, including bars, restaurants, and retailers. You will be expected to build relationships with key decision-makers and identify new sales opportunities to expand our customer base. Work closely with Distributors, their representatives, mangers etc. Travel and some weekend work will be required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Conducting tastings and promotional events to generate brand awareness and drive sales
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
- Analyzing sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the beer industry and local market trends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
