Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

As the Secretary/HR Admin, you will:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and welcome onsite visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Sort and route incoming mail, either paper or electronic, to the appropriate personnel. Process outgoing mail including UPS/FedEx packages
  • Maintain accurate database system records as required for administration of the various employee health, welfare, and voluntary benefit programs
  • Maintain accurate new hire, open enrollment, and life event forms
