Believe in Recovery is a behavioral health facility dedicated to providing exceptional and individualized treatment to a diverse population. Our holistic approach utilizes evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support individuals on their recovery journey.
Must hold a valid SUDP/SUDPT license issued by the Washington State Department of Health.
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of a SUD Supervisor, the SUDP/SUDPT is responsible for providing quality treatment services to individuals with substance use disorders.
Engage in clear, consistent, and professional communication with all clients, staff, and service providers.
Diagnose substance use disorder conditions in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-5) and ASAM requirements.
Maintain accurate and professional documentation of all clinical activities (such as assessments, progress notes, individual treatment plans, reports, and case summaries).
Maintain quality of care consistent with or exceeding standards set by State of Washington regulations, and other accrediting and/or contracting bodies.
Qualifications:
AA, AAS, or BA degree in human services or related field, or currently enrolled in an equivalent educational program as a SUDPT.
Valid Substance Use Disorder credential issued by Washington State.
