JOB SUMMARY
The Receiving Line Leader is responsible for utilizing Belimo's Warehouse Management System to accurately receive material against open purchase orders as well as inspecting received material for visual damages and verify quantities.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
This position reports directly to the Warehouse Group Leader. The Receiving Line Leader bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to work in a fast flow, high turn around environment
- Accurately move material in and out of pallet racks using material handling equipment
- Inspect received material for visual damages and verify quantities
- Ability to understand and follow Belimo Packaging and Labeling Policy
- General housekeeping of receiving docks
- Repack and storage of materials to specified stock locations
- Knowledge to create and maintain all necessary receiving documents
- Ability to unload trucks and containers, following the CTPAT process
- Certification on all appropriate material handling equipment
- In-depth knowledge of WMS transactions pertaining to receiving functions
- Primary interface between Receiving and Purchasing Department
- Receipt discrepancy investigation and resolution
REQUIREMENTS
- High School education or equivalent
- 2 years safe operation of material handling equipment
- Prior WMS experience
- Ability to use computers and other electronic interface equipment (i.e. scan guns, printers)
- Average manual dexterity (Hand to eye coordination)
- Must be able to lift up to 44 lbs. (20kg)
- Operate material handling equipment
- Deal with time constraints and deadlines; skills with manipulating multiple priorities; self-actuated; sense of urgency
The base pay for this position is $23.67 hourly with a target performance bonus of 5% of an employee’s annual base salary.
