```Duties```
- Develop relationships with current donors and sponsors. Expand donor base.
- Manage public relations and outreach.
- Secure financial commitments from individuals, corporations, and foundations
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective functioning of the organization
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Collaborate with board members and stakeholders to drive organizational growth and success
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, donors, and community leaders
- Monitor financial performance and ensure the organization operates within budgetary guidelines
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
