Business Systems Support
Business Systems Analyst primary responsibility is to gather, define, maintain, and communicate business systems requirements, processes, definitions, standards, and knowledge for systems managed by the Material Management team. They will liaison between the material management team, multiple functional business areas and Information Technology. Additional responsibilities include supporting business data users with needs assessment, issue resolution, data management and workflow support. The position requires broad business understanding, technical acumen, teamwork, and communication skills.

You’ll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule
80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO)
120 hours Vacation time
12-13 paid holidays per year

Business Systems Support

Business Systems Analyst
- Establish trusted relationships and support with material management team and business users.
- Responsible for supporting system enhancements, and technical and non-technical integration with other enterprise platforms such as SAP and CAMS. Interface with end users, customers, and subcontractors throughout product development.
- Develop and maintain business procedures and process flows.
- Prepare and deliver change communication, education, and training materials.
- Assist in creating and executing functional, unit, integration and regression and end-to-end test plans, ensuring traceability back to the original business requirements.
- Assist with the analysis, design and creation of system service levels, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist with the implementation, management, and compliance of system policies, standards, and methods.
- Aptitude to learn ENOVIA, CAMs, and SAP in the manufacturing shop floor execution or logistics.
- Capability to prioritize work, analytical and problem-solving skills with a team player mindset.
- Ability to communicate to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, and brief leaders/customers.
- Curiosity and proactivity driven to deliver exceptional support and drive positive change.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or other relevant to the qualifications listed in the job description for this role is required.
- 2 years of experience relevant to the qualifications listed in the job description for this role is required.
