What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office position at Bell's C-Stores?

Bell's, is a daily destination for people on the go. They stop for fuel, snacks, fast food, and friendly greetings. Our Book keeper must possess a curiosity and eagerness to solve the daily accounting of business needs, develop and foster long-term, trusting relationships, and share a friendly smile that stays with others throughout the day. Tasks

The office clerk compiles and balances daily shift information from front line clerks. It includes computer data entry, preparing and making bank deposits, reconciling and loading the time delay safe and ATM, and works as clerical support within the Payroll department. It also includes entering purchase invoices and assisting in setting store product pricing. Prior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer systems is important for this position. Accuracy and speed on a 10 key adding machine is important. Will also help with any daily administrative work assigned. This is a part-time clerical office position (that could include additional store hours if desired) located just off of I-80 at Jeremy Ranch, near Park City, UT.

  • Data Entry

  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Update Excel Spreadsheets
  • Other HR duties as assigned

This position involves sitting, working with computers and other office equipment, bending, twisting, walking, standing, and lifting up to 20 lbs. This is indoor work in an office type environment.
