Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Bella Tu Med Spa is seeking a creative, strategic, and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and an ability to work independently. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives to drive company growth.

Core Responsibilities:

-Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

-Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience creating and implementing email marketing campaigns that engage and drive customers.

-Experience with marketing platforms like ConstantContact, ClickSend, Zapier, LeadPages, etc. is a plus.
- Provide regular reporting, including insights, opportunities, competitive outlook, and measuring KPI's.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and work in collaboration with all team members.
- Ability to self-manage and handle multiple projects at the same time.

- Organize and coordinate events for our training center.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing / marketing related role
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and a range of social media platforms.
  • Strong graphic design and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
  • Must be able to work onsite in our NY office 3-4 days per week or as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
