What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Bella Vista Homes?

Levin Group LLC, a successful management company located in the Cleveland, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our property, Bella Vista Homes, located in Dayton, OH. We are looking for someone that has office experience. This is a full-time position

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 yrs. experience working in a general front office. This person must also have the ability to file documents correctly,professionally answer a multi-line phone system, multi-task in an fast paced environment and the ability to form professional customer service relationships with the staff, vendors, residents and potential residents. This person must be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.

Must Possess:

  • Resident Relation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Outgoing personality who enjoys working with people
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel (property Management software a plus!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
