Mineola law firm is seeking a motivated, passionate, and well-rounded individual to serve as a receptionist - admin assistant for a part time in-office position from 1-5pm Mon-Friday
Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task. Exceptional communications skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Duties include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Answering incoming calls;
- Handling miscellaneous office tasks
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
