Belle Medical is offering an exciting opportunity in the quickly growing, highly competitive field of aesthetics. Belle offers body sculpting and enhancement services that allows us to lead the industry and change our patients lives.

We are seeking individuals that will consistently and accurately perform responsibilities, but most importantly, treat patients with warmth and kindness.

Work weeks are Monday-Friday. Standard office hours are 9:00am -5:00pm however treatments may begin at 6:30 or 7 am and some treatments end around 6pm.

We are currently seeking a Lead Medical Assistant.

Treatment Responsibilities (MA or CNA licence required)

  • Procedure Preparation
  • Assisting Providers in Treatments
  • Procedure Clean-up
  • Pre & Post-Operative Check-ups

Office Responsibilities

  • Reception
  • Scheduling
  • Collecting Payment
  • Inventory
  • Patient documentation

Requirements

  • MA or CNA license
  • Friendly and positive
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to work as a team
  • Able to multitask in stressful situations
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Computer literate
  • Able to proactively address problems/inefficiencies that may arise

Lead Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of administrative office tasks
  • Inventory Oversight
  • Medical oversight in clinic
  • Medical Assistant Scheduling
  • Reporting to Medical Director on concerns, etc.
  • Second hand to office manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
