About this Role
*This is a hybrid (home office with some travel) position. Some travel Between Michigan and Ohio occasionally required.
Belle is looking for a full-time Regional Manager; In-home Service Operations to manage our Belle Technicians (BTs), and all associated operations. The perfect candidate for this role will have a passion for efficient and effective operations as well as an ability to multitask, recruit, manage, and mentor teammates. The Regional Manager is expected to report on all regional operations and manage the regional P&L to specific benchmarks. This critical role will effectively be in charge of a $1M business and 20 direct reports, who are seeking to better their careers and serve others.
Responsibilities:
- Own and report on regional staffing forecast needs, and ensure adequate supply for future growth
- Create clear region-specific BT recruiting guidelines to ensure that high quality, and capable candidates are interviewed and create a viable BT Pipeline
- Effectively manage all regional Belle Technician operations, including:
- Lead onboarding and training efforts
- Manage BT appointment optimization
- Optimize equipment procurement procedures
- Ensure BT performance levels are meeting or exceeding expectations
- Resolve BT issues in a timely manner
- Develop and drive positive culture throughout Belle Technicians
- Report on the efficiency and effectiveness of your region’s operations
- Work with different departments (e.g., HR, Engineering, Enrollment, Member Experience) to ensure strong internal communication
Experience, Skills, & Personality:
- ~3-5 years of operational and/or staffing management; preferred experience in startups and/or launching new business divisions
- Track record of building a strong operational structure in a new market
- Ability to manage, track and report on regional performance, including both operational and financial metrics
- Strong data and analytics skills
- Experience recruiting, managing, coaching and retaining employees
- Exemplary communication skills
- A natural delegator who has the ability to call on other team members when help is needed
- Proven team management success; and strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating new and ambiguous situations
- Adhere to any and all company policies and standards while holding others accountable as well
