Veterinary Hospital Manager

Bellevue Animal Hospital is looking for a hospital manager to join our fantastic team.

Ideal qualifications:

• 2 years of managing a veterinary clinic
• Experience managing financial budgets such as revenue and payroll
• Inventory management preferred
• Experience with team mentorship and training
• Ability to tactfully handle difficult situations with team members and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Marketing knowledge

What are your responsibilities?

The Hospital Manager will work closely with our Medical Director and multi-doctor DVM team to help lead the day-to-day operations of the practice.

• Personnel management: hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• Monitoring finances: hospital metrics, payroll, benefits enrollment
• Scheduling: monitoring hospital flow and daily assignments
• Client communication, education, and dispute management
• Supervising inventory, facility, maintenance, and equipment needs
• Communicating with employees and local representatives (pharmaceuticals, insurance, etc.)
