Bellinger House USA LLC in Bend, OR seeks a qualified Office Assistant.

We design, produce and distribute these brands with love and pride. Because we are a Danish company, our HQ is located in Aarhus (Denmark) and our small office serving the North American market is located in Bend, OR.

The Position
We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, outgoing and positive Office Assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, performing excellent customer service, receiving and shipping orders, processing returns and assisting our sales team.
Basically, helping keep the office organized and running smoothly.

The Location
Our North American office is located in beautiful Bend, OR.

Job type
Part Time: 25-35 hours per week. Potential to move to full time in 2025.

Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and questions
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries
Process orders
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pack, wrap, label, ship)
Help prepare reports, presentations, and data
Prepare information and research for executive needs
Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

Office Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent’; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
