Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary: The manufacturing associate is responsible for assisting in the production of goods in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role involves various tasks within the manufacturing process, including assembly, operation of machinery, quality control, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assembly and Production: Participate in the assembly and production of goods according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.

· Machine Operation: Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

· Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any deviations or defects to supervisors.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, inspection logs, and inventory counts. Complete all necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Follow company policies and regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes, troubleshoot issues, and achieve production targets.

· Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing operations.

· Training and Development: Stay updated on new equipment, technologies, and manufacturing techniques. Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or certification a plus.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembly tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
