What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper position at Belong?
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer-facing service to our homeowners and residents.
- Lead a team of gardeners conducting routine maintenance on Belong Lawns
- Excellent organizational skills
- Provide quotes and project plans for large lawn refurbishment projects
- Perform routine maintenance in the properties, including preventative maintenance, upkeep, and repairs.
- Complete service requests in a timely manner and as efficiently as directed.
- Perform inspections of properties, identifying issues and recommending actions.
- Ensure proper removal and disposal of lawn waste as needed.
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
- Willingness to expand into an administrative role in managing all Belong lawns.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in performing high quality lawn care at a high volume of homes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and fix irrigation problems as they arise.
- Experience in managing landscaping projects preferred.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Strong communication including written follow-up and verbal ability to explain solutions to resident issues.
- Ability to multitask including prioritizing work orders.
- Robust computer skills - ability to learn and use systems for tracking, scheduling and communications.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
