Beltone, the world leader in hearing healthcare, is recruiting a dynamic and motivated individual to join our TOP WORKPLACE organization as an Assistant Hearing Care Practitioner. As an Assistant Hearing Care Practitioner, you will work as part of a team, including a Licensed Hearing Aid Sales professional, to provide world class solutions and outstanding patient services to those in need of hearing help. Compensation for this position is a combination of hourly wage, commission, and bonuses. On average our Assistant Hearing Care Practitioners earn over $45,000 per year.
Responsibilities, working closely with the supervising Hearing Care Practitioner:
- Treat each patient as a dear loved one (family member)
- Build rapport with each patient; demonstrate how untreated hearing loss effects quality of life. Document case history and complete hearing screenings.
- Perform routine care including annual evaluations, programming, cleaning, troubleshooting and repair of devices.
- Represent the company in a professional manner with the highest degree of integrity and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Maintain patient records according to company policy.
Qualifications:
- Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor.
- Sales experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right individual.
- Desire to learn new information while accepting coaching and feedback.
- Qualified to become a licensed Hearing Aid Salesperson
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
Compensation:
- Hourly wage, commission, and bonuses; combined to make over $45,000 yearly.
