We are looking for a motivated, dynamic individual who is ready to work with the best! America’s premier hearing care organization, Beltone, is seeking dependable and motivated Call Center Specialist (CCS). Working in a professional medical office setting, compensation will include an hourly wage along with performance-based bonuses. The average CCS earns over $38,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Revenue by setting appointments
- Making outbound calling using a script
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Updating the patient’s information using a scheduling software
- Keeping detail and accurate records
- Reaching goals set by the company
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Present oneself with a professional, positive and friendly demeanor.
- Minimum of 1 years of call center experience
- Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
- Above average Computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Compensation:
- Hourly wage along with performance-based bonus
