Hearing Care Professional -- Licensed or Trainee -- Full-Time or Part-Time in Boone/Western NC mountains
Beltone, a global leader in hearing healthcare is currently seeking a motivated and effective Hearing Care Professional to join our team. A Licensed Hearing Care Practitioner is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

As a Hearing Care Professional, you sell hearing instruments by educating patients on their individual hearing loss and the technology available to help them hear better.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Consult with patient and recommend the Beltone Product that best fits their lifestyle.
- Fit patient with hearing aid settings to match their need.
- Educate patients on the use of their hearing aids or other hearing accessories.
- Provide appropriate aftercare with all patients to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Ensure the Belcare, our exclusive Nationwide Network of Care, promise is upheld with every patient.
- Secure repeat and referral business through positive word-of-mouth and online reviews.
- Manage the Patient Services Coordinator and be backup office support, as needed.
- Partner with the Owner to lead the office in outreach initiatives; track and provide feedback to show effectiveness.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office and work environment.
- Meet sales expectations and monthly financial goals.
- Work with Beltone systems and software.
- Follow all Beltone policies, procedures and pricing programs.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous dispensing or fitting experience preferred; but will train the right person.
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments in North Carolina; or
- Ability to obtain a trainee / apprentice permit required by North Carolina.
- Proven experience of achieving sales goals.
- Willing to work flexible hours/days.
- Must have good dexterity in both hands.
- Must have the ability to travel between local Beltone offices surrounding Boone, NC.
