Marketing Coordinator
Beltone changes lives by restoring the sense of hearing for thousands of people around the world every day. The Marketing Coordinator is a key part of our advertising and marketing team, supporting all corporately owned Beltone field offices in the United States. The person in this position supports the development, execution, and measurement of our marketing activities at the national and local level. Beltone can consider remote candidates or local candidates in a hybrid role.
This entry level role reports to our Senior Marketing Manager and has a clear career path for growth in the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Support in planning and documenting the quarterly advertising calendar
- Assist in planning local marketing outreach events and coordinating advertising and supplies for their execution
- Create, proofread, and seek approval for local marketing collateral
- Help get vendors paid and maintain our marketing budget tracker
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; some college helpful
- Previous experience demonstrating outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer and system savvy
- Ability to work in individual or team setting
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
This role is full-time remote or hybrid in our Glenview, IL office.
