Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient distribution of work, clarifying priorities, and driving tasks to completion within Belvista Software. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will work to maintain clear communication channels, monitor progress, and proactively address any obstacles that may arise, all with the goal of ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will support Belvista Software’s mission through completion of a variety of support tasks. Responsibilities include:
· Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
· Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles.
· Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
· Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
Experience
The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or a related role, demonstrating a strong track record of effectively managing tasks, clarifying priorities, and driving projects to completion in a dynamic environment.
· CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification or equivalent project management training preferred
· 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies is a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,341.00 - $60,000.00 per year
