Description
**$7,500 sign on bonus**
Department: Adult Mental Health
Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week, no weekends
Mainly daytime hours, availability needed two evenings per week until 8:30 PM
Masters Degree with LCSW or LCPC required.
The Case Therapist II SL reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy through various therapeutic modalities in individual therapy setting and case management services as indicated.
- Assess and evaluate client needs, strengths, goals and resources.
- Work with an interdisciplinary team in reviewing cases and developing individual treatment plans.
- Implement treatment through various therapeutic modalities.
- Consult with other center staff regarding problem assessment and treatment planning.
- Consult with other service agencies around case-specific and programmatic issues.
- Refer and link clients to other human services programs.
- Create clinical documentation in support of services provided on a timely basis.
- Train other providers and non-providers in areas relating to service specialties. Functions cooperatively as a member of the treatment team.
- Optional opportunities to facilitate 1-2 group therapy sessions per week.

Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years post graduate degree required.
- Experience working with substance abuse and mental health populations.
- Masters Degree with LCSW, LCPC required.
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
- Experience and training in assessment, individual, family, and group counseling.
- Must be computer comfortable and/or proficient as much as medical records are automated.
- LCPC, LIC LCSW.
Preferred:
- 3-5 years in intensive treatment setting and /or mental health setting.
- 3-5 years training.
- Presentation skills including lectures and didactic presentations
- CERT CADC.
