Work Environment: Shop Environment
Weekly Day Range: Monday to Friday w/ Weekend Availability as Needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostics and inspections on customer vehicles.
- Complete basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filters, replacements, and more.
- Perform tire maintenance and tire changes on customer vehicles.
- Provide superior customer service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about customer vehicles.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED OR Automotive Repair Experience
- Valid Driver's License w/ Safe Driving Record
- Successful Completion of Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Skill Requirements:
- Basic understanding of car maintenance
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer the results of inspections and needed repairs
- Ability to operate specialized tools and equipment for car maintenance and repair
- Strong time management skills
- Careful attention to detail
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and stretching
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
