Marketing Assistant

Position Purpose:
Gain valuable skills and experience while assisting creative marketing team with the preparation of a wide range of time-sensitive projects:
- Execution of a variety of marketing efforts that support project and product management for all channels and events including:
- Digital/Multimedia collateral creation– email campaigns, landing pages, online ads, ecommerce website.
- Exhibits, webinars, events, industry conferences, company sales/marketing meetings – advertisements, signage, program ad, booth collateral/premiums
- Promotional Collateral creation – PDFS, catalogs, brochures, flyers, ads, and other assorted multi-format collateral.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design and production teams in developing marketing material.
- Maintain marketing databases including calendars and collateral.
- Assemble and summarize sales and marketing data to report on promotion results.
- Follow up with select marketing leads.
- Support collateral inventory management and lifecycle status.
- Basic copywriting and proofreading
- Occasional assistance at off-site and/or virtual exhibits and sales events
- Audit company ecomm site on a regular basis
- Administrative support tasks as needed.
- Support the Senior Director of Marketing and other members of the Marketing team as appropriate.
Job Requirements/Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, flexible, self-starter and team player.
- Excellent writing skills
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities under deadline.
- Ability to sustain focus on multiple projects and to request clarification as needed when following assignment direction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or iWork (comparable Mac apps)
- Adobe Suite, InDesign, HTML, Canva, HubSpot experience a plus
- College degree
Salary Range: $45,000 - $52,000
*The base salary range represents the low and high end of the expected salary range for the position. The base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
