Position Overview:

Day-to-day duties include partnering with business units on complex people issues, as well as assisting with the development of leadership development, employee engagement and compensation programs.

Essential Functions of the Role:
Advise leaders on people issues, supported by measurement and evaluation.
Assist with the development and implementation of compensation programs, including job analysis, drafting job descriptions, and researching market pricing.
Provide ideas and challenge management teams, acting as a catalyst for change.
Partner with departments on talent management analysis and decisions.
Respond to complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and counsel management on corrective action procedure.
Assist with the development of formalized leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
Remain current on evolving regulations and legal requirement to minimize legal risk and ensure compliance.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:
Five years of HR experience or equivalent education required.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus.
Education / Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources required; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced environment.
Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
Requires sitting, bending.
Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally.
Minimal travel <5%.
