Marketing Coordinator (Eleven Mortgage Wholesale) - Hybrid

Position Overview:

11 Mortgage is founded on creating dynamic, real-time relationships, and our marketing presence allows us to spark, maintain, and improve those relationships with prospective clients and business partners. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring active and engaged communities through the facilitation and execution of marketing plans for corporate and branch initiatives.

Ideal candidates for this position have a passion for marketing, and demonstrate a wide variety of marketing skills and experience.

Essential Functions of the Role:

• Implement marketing strategies in coordination with the Corporate Media and Compliance departments to increase culture and brand awareness.
• Manage and support all CRM messaging and content
• Create print marketing pieces and manage their delivery.
• Help plan and Promote events through various means.
• Remain current with evolving trends and provide recommendations regarding best practices.
• Support Account Executives and inside sales with marketing assets
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• CRM Email design and campaign management
• Adobe Suite knowledge (photoshop and illustrator)
• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Creativity-driven
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries
• Familiarity with Wordpress/ or web development
• Ability to engage and build relationships with our AE’s

Experience Requirements:

• One to two years of marketing experience required.
• Corporate social media experience preferred.
• Mortgage or financial services experience preferred.

Education/Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced environment.
• Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
• Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
• Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
• Requires sitting, bending.
• Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
• Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally.
• Minimal travel <5%.
