What you will have an opportunity to do:
Bell Attendants are responsible for assisting guests at check-in, check-out and supporting the front desk, concierge, and the hotel operations with service needs.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $9.50/hr. – Biweekly (every two weeks)

SCHEDULE:
The hospitality industry is 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days of the year. All candidates must be available and are expected to work Texas A&M football game days, Ring Days, graduations, and other high occupancy times due to special events. We strive hard to manage and minimalize overtime, but it should and will be expected when business levels call for it.
- Full-time: 30-40 hours per week depending on level of business forecasted
- Part-time: 8-29 hours per week depending on level of business forecasted
- Days of week/weekend scheduled will vary depending on level of business forecasted.
- Shift options: Varies
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Opening cars and building doors for guests.
- Ability to direct traffic in drive when Drive Concierge is not present
- Assisting Front Desk Agents by answering phones and assisting guests in gift shop.
- Room deliveries of both luggage and guest requests.
- Handling and storing luggage for clients.
- Special errands outside of typical duties.
- Ensure trash is removed from Lobby/Drive areas.
- Ensure the checklist is completed by the end of shift.
- Maintaining the highest level of team member/guest relations.
- Levelheaded, patient, even tempered demeanor.
- Positive and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
- Works well on a team but can also work independently when needed.
What are we looking for?
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to transport, handle and/or lift a minimum of 75 lbs. (Note: Loading and unloading luggage out of vans, buses, etc., and delivery to and from guest rooms).
- Valid Driver's License with limited penalties required.
- Ability to move and drive diverse types of vehicles including manual and auto, and parallel park.
- Ability to push and pull up to 200lbs.
- General understanding and knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and interest points including the Texas A&M University campus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.
