JOB DEFINITION:
The auditorium manager will coordinate all events pertaining to the use of the school auditorium. These events include both school activities and non-school activities. Many of these events take place in the auditorium outside regular school hours, and will require time outside regular school hours to manage. This position will be paid as per the extra duty schedule to compensate the manager for such time. This position is directly responsible to the school principal.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a current and accurate inventory of equipment and supplies in the auditorium.
- Coordinate supervision of all auditorium events.
- Coordinate custodial coverage of auditorium events by working with building engineer.
- Coordinate scheduling of auditorium events by working with district personnel and building staff.
- Performs other duties as required by the event or the immediate supervisor relating to the auditorium.
