Job Posting for Collateral Audit Analyst at Beneficial State Bank
The primary focus of this position is to effectively provide support to the Collateral Audit Manager who oversees the collateral due diligence process for the Bank. While primarily a support position, there will be opportunity in this role to learn about all areas encompassed by the collateral due diligence process/function and to grow within this role. This position will provide back up for the collateral due diligence function when the Collateral Audit Manager is not available

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Maintain records/files on all appraisers and due diligence vendors; update approved appraiser and vendor lists accordingly.
Assist with the process of identifying and adding new appraisers/vendors to the banks approved lists.
Manage the Bank’s legal invoices including tracking, obtaining approval for payment, and uploading into the A/P system.
Assist with ordering site inspections and pulling CoStar reports.
Assist with ordering and coordinating collateral field exams and business valuations.
Learn to use Collateral 360 for ordering and tracking appraisal, environmental reports, and vendor management.
Develop a basic understanding of the Bank’s real estate appraisal and environmental policies.
Assist with other department tasks and duties as needed/identified.
Represents the Bank with high level integrity and professionalism when communicating with bank personnel, vendors, and customers.
Maintains knowledge and understanding of banking regulations.
Assists with the daily operations of the organization’s collateral due diligence function.
Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations and internal company policies, including but not limited to BSA / Anti-Money Laundering, Fair Lending, Privacy, and Anti-Discrimination, to the extent each applies to current job responsibilities.
Completes all online compliance training as assigned within specified due dates.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or real estate preferred
2 years of related financial institution and customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others
Possess strong oral and written communication skills
Strong math and problem-solving skills
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
