REMOTE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR


POSITION SUMMARY

Learning and Development’s (L&D) Administrator will handle all the administrative activities of the department, maintaining and developing information reports that will enable the department to operate proactively in employee training, development, and reporting. The Learning & Development Administrator will participate in the planning, creation, and implementation of training programs, booking, and setting up virtual classrooms and managing training schedules

The Learning & Development Administrator is responsible for supporting trainees on all administrative functions such as system support (including but not limited to Lynk360, FindHelp.org, Microsoft TEAMS, InContact, or any other platform), system process adherence, attendance tracking and reporting. The Learning & Development Administrator will be the point of contact and oversee all communication with participants and vendors.

The Learning & Development Administrator will support the L&D Manager, Corporate Trainers, Training Specialists, and Instructional Designers by monitoring the production staff effectiveness to ensure they have total knowledge of products and services through surveys. Learning & Development Administrator will consolidate and supply survey results to Training staff.

Additionally, the Learning & Development Administrator will be responsible for managing the L&D training calendar, coordinating training requests, individual meeting sessions, break-out rooms, daily attendance reports and communication. The Learning & Development Administrator work description involves researching, planning, and coordinating classes, training programs, seminars, and conferences for all levels of management personnel in the organization.

Other duties that may be carried out by a Learning & Development Administrator include reaching out to attendees and other department representatives to inform them about upcoming or proposed training programs, scheduling the appropriate classroom and ensuring that physical setup or equipment such as audiovisual equipment are well prepared.

It also includes designing and distributing training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids, and conducting orientation presentations for new employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes and polices are applied.
  • Assist Corporate Trainer in the continuous development of production staff by ensuring training program content progression is consistently followed and executed.

  • Manage, organize, coordinate, and sends training meeting using a virtual training platform.
  • Monitor the daily performance of the production staff to ensure agent is aligned with the organization’s goal, therefore the center can achieve service level goals.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly reporting to the Corporate Trainer on the service knowledge evolvement of the production staff as per their requirement.
  • Collaborates with Corporate Trainer to discuss and develop new approaches and techniques.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and other applications with minimal guidance
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education – Associates degree (preferred) and/or 3–5-year training support or administrative background
  • Experience – Adequate Medicare and/or Medicaid knowledge. Flexibility in adjusting to change and group diversity. Research new ideas and techniques in coaching delivery. Microsoft office and application experience preferred. High-energy, confident, and mature professional. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Language Skills – Excellent written, oral, communication and presentation skills. Superior interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Reasoning Ability – Critical thinking skills a must, ability to address different learning levels effectively and creatively.
