- 30 Hrs Week- Monday through Friday 9 am-3 pm
- No Weekends/No Evenings
Rate of Pay:
- $28.72 per hour / Hourly, Non-Exempt
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Current AZ or Compact State RN License
- Minimum of 2 years Adult Day Program, Healthcare, Public Health or Home Care experience.
- Computer/documentation skills required
- Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR, TB/Chest Xray
Position Summary:
Assesses members’ health status, provides nursing services, health and wellness counseling/education necessary to meet each member’s individual needs and assistance to the Director of Life Enrichment as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Provides engaging person-directed programming, which includes implementing relationship-based meaningful individualized activities, providing choices, and encouraging the members to be as independent as possible.
