About the job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Direct marketing strategy, including integrated marketing campaigns to meet sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Translate vision into strategic communication goals, plans and marketing actions and communicate next steps to team
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Own the implementation of our marketing CRM Technologies, systems & tools.
- Integrate digital activity to amplify marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the needs of existing and target customers, including end use consumers and what drives their purchase behavior
- Strategize and execute the roadmap that helps us elevate our brand across various audiences both internally and externally
- Create 5-year strategy for the brand to ensure long-term success.
- Develop and implement an integrated communications and PR plan to advance Benjamin Franklin Plumbing brand awareness, broaden and increase the visibility of the organization, programs, and leaders, and build a strong public voice; including traditional print and digital and social media
- Lead Benjamin Franklin Plumbing communications, PR, corporate branding functions, and grow team to support the next stage of our growth
- Write and/or oversee the production of materials such as press releases, op-eds, reports, memos, and presentations
- Provides script writing assistance and overall message direction for the President and others who speak at signature events
- Network and inform of benjamin Franklin Plumbing at community events such as Chamber, Home Show, etc.
- Works with our Marketing Agency in communicating what needs done for the stragies planned by the team.
- We are able to work with the right canidate and train if has enough experience. Batchelors Degree is not a requirment just preffered if able.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and occasional events on weekends or evenings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
