As a Business Development Coordinator, you are responsible for managing and responding to all online sales inquiries as well as proactively reaching out to potential customers to generate leads and sales. This may involve using various communications channels such as email, phone and chat to engage with customer and provide them with information about the dealerships luxury cars, financing options, and services. The ultimate goal of the BDC Sales Department is to generate business by setting appointments, building customer relationships, and maintaining the dealerships reputation for exceptional service and high-quality luxury vehicles.
