As a Fire Suppression Technician, you will
2 plus years working knowledge and proficient in NFPA 25 and 72.
Experience with performing quarterly, semi, and annual inspections on all types of sprinkler/ suppression systems. Including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge systems and dry chemical systems (FM-200).
Perform all inspections on kitchen hood systems, extinguishers, and fire alarm including FACP.
Current working knowledge for competent understanding of different systems and the ability to perform minor repairs on sprinkler/suppression systems and kitchen hood systems.
Manage and successfully fill out inspection sheets in a competent and professional manner and have reports turned in in a timely manner.
Be able to work independently when needed.
Skills and experience that drive success in this role:
3 plus years of fire sprinkler service experience
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Current CSA license would be a plus
Current NICET certification is preferred
You are required to pass a drug screening and background check.
You must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record if you are issued a company vehicle.
