Core Responsibilities
- Optimization of processes
- Optimize Quality process parameters on HRM, Q&T and Finishing Lines.
- Carrying out data analysis to optimize processes and parameters with regard to quality, throughput, output and process stability.
- Evaluation of complex data using statistical analysis methods (e.g. Six Sigma methods).
- Digitalization of processes and procedures.
- Preparation of reports and implementation of measures according to the given tasks.
- Implementation of quality and continuous improvement projects.
- Lead the improvement topics and be responsible for the success of the improvement projects assigned.
- Analysis of production data to support production on topics outside of the existing technical standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical/product issues in the manufacturing process.
- Reviewing manufacturing practices and initiating improvement opportunities.
- Daily monitoring and evaluating of process performance, capabilities, and reproducibility with respect to control limits.
- Organization
- Performing risk assessments and reporting any potential technical issues/capabilities.
- Assisting with the development of documentation of process capabilities.
- Facilitating the introduction of new processes, equipment and production of products (new and existing).
- Coordination
- Working closely with key Production and Quality, Research & Development staff when assessing and developing new technical/process capabilities.
Job Requirements
- BS Engineering – Preferred.
- Technician or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent understanding of data analyzing tools preferred (e.g. Power BI).
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Experience in statistical mass data evaluation (e.g. Knime, SAS, SPSS).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in production, Quality, planning and operations preferred.
- Proficient in building complex SQL queries.
- Proficient in statistics.
- Basic knowledge of data mining techniques.
