Developer Success Specialist
Location: This role is remote, based from a home office in the US
What You’ll Do:
As a Developer Success Specialist, you’ll be working with a team of Success Managers, Developers and Support Specialists to drive successful adoption of Bentley’s iTwin Platform in partner organizations. You’ll be working with teams from software vendors, systems integrators and engineering firms to identify high value solutions in the infrastructure market and work with those partners to help them architect and create iTwin Platform based solutions to meet those market requirements.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Act as a key contact and facilitate communications between iTwin partner organizations and the Platform Success development team
- Contribute to the creation of project plans, documentation, and requirements for projects
- Work with success manager to drive platform adoption in target ISVs and Engineering Firms by presenting compelling technical presentations
- Define and document platform blueprints (best practices) and success stories that drive platform adoption
- Analyze and assist with designing platform solutions that meet the requirements of an Independent Software Vendor, Systems Integrator or Engineering Firm
- Analyze and assist with designing platform solutions that integrate with the work processes of an Engineering Firm.
- Work with Platform Success Developers to identify and conduct targeted training and provide documentation to prospect developers
- Document and communicate both requirements and blockers to platform product management and development management
What You Bring to The Team:
- Engineering degree, closely related degree, or equivalent relevant industry work-related experience required.
- Minimum 3 years industry experience in one or more of the following:
- Architect, Engineering and/or Construction industry
- Operations in Process Manufacturing industry (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage)
- Mining, Civil (road or rail transportation, complex buildings and campuses)
- Project management or similar experience
- Experience with Typescript and Node.js programming is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting
- Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done
- Excellent ability to work and communicate at all levels within an organization. Strong written and oral communication skills, including delivering professional presentations.

- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams for chat, calling and meeting functions.
